Hi! I am Kimberly and I am so happy you are here. My mission is to support your healing and thriving. As a therapist and healing catalyst, I incorporate powerful tools such as active listening, breath work, and energy healing to support you discover your most fearless and authentic self. I will hold space to support you in finding ease and a deep trust in your inner knowing.
Decades of practice have me well poised to support you in releasing the struggles of an eating disorder, finding healing in parenting, embracing an ADHD or neurodivergent diagnosis, and grieving- having lived years without a proper diagnosis. I can compassionately and powerfully support you in redefining your relationship with substance use, depression, and anxiety.
My practice is rooted in neuroscience with a holistic approach to mind, body, and spirit. You will have support to voice your needs. Our time together will incorporate assessment, discussion, meditation, and mindfulness principles. l focus on authentic connection; I find it healing for my client, and the collective. You’ll be met with sensitivity, compassion, humor, and a loving nudge when appropriate.
You are a sovereign being. In our work together, your whole being is considered for optimal healing. I hold a space that allows me to feel both supported and challenged as I partner with you to create self-acceptance and deeper self-connection.

Ms. Bernstein LCSW-C is currently in-network with Aetna, United Healthcare/UMR, Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, Cigna, and Johns Hopkins EHP/USFHP. A super bill can be provided to the patient or responsible party for submission to the patient’s out-of-network insurance company if the patient has out-of-network benefits.
