We welcome Ms. Betsy Ruth to Solace Mental Health and Wellness. Ms. Ruth, LCSW-C is currently in-network with Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, United Healthcare/UMR, Aetna, MultiPlan, and Cigna. She offers in-person and telehealth appointments for clients 18 years of age and older. A super bill can be provided to the patient or responsible party for submission to the patient’s out-of-network insurance company.

Many people suffer from psychiatric disorders that cause significant distress or impairment of personal functioning. In these trying and unprecedented times, mental wellness is of the utmost importance. At Solace, we are here to help and guide you with compassionate care provided by board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Therapists.
We offer psychiatric medication management with integrated therapy. Our prescribers and therapists work with children, adolescents, and adults in Maryland.

Internet-Based Technology
We believe that two key elements improve access to treatment in the outpatient mental health setting, accessibility, and autonomy.
Our providers are accessible, and offer various avenues for patient-provider communication. Unless in session, our providers are available for administrative and straightforward clinical matters by phone, email, and messaging within the secure online patient portal (during business hours). We have streamlined and simplified new patient procedures, as most documents and forms are paperless, internet-based, and housed in a HIPAA-compliant electronic medical records system.
We endorse autonomy and flexibility. Patient forms are completed and submitted from the comfort of home, at a convenient time. Our patients can manage appointment scheduling through the secure patient portal.
