Cecilia "Lia" Wisner, LCPC

Welcome - I'm so glad you're here! My name is Lia, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I firmly believe that we, as individuals, are capable of change, and I would be honored to support you in this process. 

Before coming to Solace, I worked in community mental health providing therapy to individuals from many walks of life. This allowed me to work with a variety of diagnoses, but I found myself drawn particularly to OCD, anxiety, and trauma. 

I practice therapy from a person-centered and behavioral approach, using elements from both Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Exposure Response Therapy while adapting to each individual's unique needs. I strive to create an atmosphere of compassion, respect, and authenticity, and I would be thrilled to work together!
