My practice is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on guiding you toward safety, stability, and the best possible outcomes. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and psychosis. Each client receives integrative, patient-centered care that may include medication management (when appropriate), advocacy, and mental health education. As a person of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), I understand the importance of representation and cultural humility in mental health care, and I strive to create a safe, affirming space where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued. Above all, I want you to know that you matter.
I’m honored to join the Solace provider team following a comprehensive and enriching clinical education experience at Solace during my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training. I bring more than two decades of nursing experience in various clinical settings and a strong psychiatric background to my role as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am skilled in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, and I feel truly honored to serve in this field.
As my client, you can expect to be heard, respected, and actively involved in your care. I rely on evidence-based practices while ensuring that your unique needs and preferences are at the center of the treatment process. My goal is to empower and encourage you to confidently participate in your journey toward improved mental health.
We are currently accepting new adult and pediatric patients for medication management and psychotherapy.
